1. Return & Exchange Period

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the delivery date.


2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused

  • In its original condition

  • In the original box and packaging

  • Including all accessories (if any)

Used or damaged items cannot be returned.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Returns: The customer covers the return shipping fee.

  • Exchanges: The customer covers both delivery and return shipping fees.

  • Defective or wrong items: We cover all shipping costs.


4. Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used items

  • Items with removed tags or missing packaging

  • Socks

  • Clearance sale items

  • Items marked as non-returnable
